360 degree panos
Back in 2000 I had a pleasure to work on a one of a kind project which would help people with disabilities get around Winter Park and Pepsi Center. The primary objective was to develop a virtual reality tour which included 360 degree panoramas of the entire Winter Park and Pepsi Center inside out. My job was to manage, capture and to process all of the photography necessary for the project.
Today I decided to resurrect a few of the nicer panoramas that were captured. These panos are corrected and processed except for the final stitching which would result in a 360 QTVR pano. The camera that was used to capture this was called the panoscan which worked like a scanner on a tripod which would turn 360 degree to capture the entire image.
